This game sucked me in and I couldn’t put it down until it was done. It is so well designed from top to bottom - the level design is excellent, the combat is great, the art is charming.

If you enjoyed Islets, this game seems to have heavily inspired it. It is minimal (no dialogue), and has a very strong visual identity. It is really well paced and a blast to backtrack through. Every puzzle is satisfying and every platforming challenge a joy.

Story is simple and serviceable. Ending was decent, but I wish the game was longer. I also seemingly encountered a bug - an area blocked by enemy doors wouldn’t spawn any requisite enemy. So, I was never able to get 100% completion - which drives me crazy!

Still, absolutely love this game and is in my top 10 metroidvanias for sure. Would highly recommend.
