Glyph is a rather unique puzzle game. Typical platformers are 2D and are missing a proper storyline, but this game is different. Glyph has a proper storyline which explains the puzzles you are navigating through. The world has been destroyed by a monster and it is your job to fix it and bring civilization back to life. To do so you must restore the Ancient Temple of Aaru, somewhere in the desert. However, to restore the temple you are forced to complete various levels, collecting coins, gems and artifacts. Oh and keys! These permit you to complete the level and return back to the Temple of Aaru. Or what's left of it, until you bring it back to its former glory. But let me tell you: it'st not easy rolling around and saving the world. Trust me, you will die a lot of times. Patience is the key to succeeding in this game. One false movement, one too high or low jump, one accidentally fly and you will hit deadly ground and restart the level.
This game has beautiful graphics! I love it! The colors used in this game aren't too bright, but aren't dark either. If I had to describe it I would say semi childish. Something I rarely see in a platformer. Nothing is forgotten and everything is detailed, even the outskirts of the level that you can't reach. I'm gonna be honest, the graphics impressed me more than the actual gameplay. Not because the gameplay is bad, just because the colors are so flawless and graphics so sharp. I didn't expect that at all. No previous platformer I have played can compete with this one.
Now, summarizing this short review, let's answer the question we are all eager for: Is this game worth it? Yes. No doubt, no regrets. Even at full price. Gameplay is long enough to last for multiple hours. For example, I'm around 4 hours in and am not even half finished if I had too speculate. The countless number of deaths and the increasing difficulty of some puzzles make sure that this will be a long gameplay. But don't let that prevent you from getting the game: the story is amazing and makes up for the boredom that can arise from dying over and over again. As already said, the graphics are beautiful and the gameplay is smooth without any glitches or bugs that I have noticed. So, without further ado, I would (once again) say that yes, this game is worth it and incredibly fun and challenging. The story is well planned, the game isn't bugged. What are you waiting for? Go on, get the game!

At first glance Glyph looks to be a Marble Madness-style game about guiding a rolling ball through a level, but it's really more of a standard 3D platformer. Luckily it controls extremely well, with a unique focus on air movement and momentum management that helps it stand out from your average collectathon.
Remains to be seen whether the level design goes anywhere interesting, but the core loop of hurling yourself through the sky and then briefly touching ground to refresh your jump/glide/double jump combo feels great.
