Cute Art But Repetitive

I stumbled across Zodiacats as I was searching for a game that started with the letter Z for the Alphabet Challenge. It looked like a chill game to play before bed on Steam Deck.
It took 3.5 hours to 100% but several weeks for me to finish because the gameplay loop is monotonous so I could only stomach one puzzle per session. There are 14 jigsaw puzzles with a normal and hard mode. The puzzles are really simple so I never felt frustrated. Dark Mode can be enabled which is a huge plus. The artwork for each puzzle was nice and I look forward to getting the Supporter Pack so I can use them as wallpapers.
There are other features such as zodiac fortune telling and some blurbs about IRL kitties that were cute. There is technically a story but it mostly takes place in the intro cutscene, which I found very low quality.
This game isn't great but it's really simple and can be nice to unwind to. Its main theme of being kind to animals and how saving them can mean saving yourself is a sweet sentiment.
