I was thinking to play Sable as a palate cleanser between The Outer Worlds and Yakuza: Like a Dragon but the game is still a little buggy. Read moreI was thinking to play Sable as a palate cleanser between The Outer Worlds and Yakuza: Like a Dragon but the game is still a little buggy. It’s crashed a few times so far and I’m experiencing a bunch of sound issues including static, popping and sound cutting in and out. I also find there are some serious graphical issues including frame stuttering, severe frame rate drops and a kind of visual pulsating of landscape and other object when you move the camera. A number of these issues were not present when I played the demo and some even make me feel queasy which is a rare experience for me. I don’t know if I should just live with it or wait until it’s patched.

The demo was a bit underwhelming. A lot of introduction and it ends eight when you get the bike, which means that it's not a good representation of the full game.

Well it's on again, and it's a lot like the Xbox Summer Game demos. There's some overlap between the two (like Sable for example), but there are quite a number additional game demos in the Steam Next Fest.
Terra Nil is available as a demo and I've been wanting to check that out.
