Ah, yes, the "we ran out of ideas so here's the same boss but now there's two of them" gambit.

Tough enemies have this rhythm of attack, parry, attack; you can get a combo or two in at most before they block and you have to wait for them to be open to attacks again. But you only regain a tiny little bit of health with that combo compared with what they can deal if they hit you and by the time they are open to attack, you lost the opportunity and that health is completely lost.

Oh, man, this final mission is SO FUCKING TEDIOUS. Same enemies all over and the only challenge is that checkpoints are too far apart and that the levels are too narrow and the camera fucks up so you can't see the enemy poorly telegraphed attacks. It's so repetitive even without considering you will die a lot and eventually memorise all …

The final mission has this completely unbearable 5 second loop and I had to turn the music all the way off.

As someone that loves Wanted: Dead and really wants a sequel, it’s great to see people buying it, playing it and talking about it. It will be interesting to see if the gameplay really clicks with anyone and it will be interesting to read the takes on the world, story and characters of Wanted: Dead too.

@killerstar, is there a way to deal with enemies with riot shields? I obviously can’t shoot them, but I also can’t flank them. They seem to be on a constant swivel and if I try to flank them they just always face me.

Game distributors are sleeping on Grouvee as a word-of-mouth advertising platform. Games are raking in revenue thanks to status updates, comments and reviews on the site.
On an amusing note, if I love this game I can thank @killerstar, but if I hate it I can’t blame them because it’s not as if they didn’t provide ample warning 😂

It seems that every play session in this game ends with a crash to desktop or a frequent bug that locks me in the pause menu so I need to alt +f4 to quit.

Remember one of my latests updates saying that the combat mechanics had improved? Well, on the next level they are worse than ever. They drown you with countless enemies that die so fast that the finish mechanic is totally redundant.
This game... this game doesn't look like a game made by professionals.

Combat only starts to work when getting a skill that guarantees a finisher move on enemies missing limbs. You could finish enemies for a brief seconds kind of randomly and you basically only see that by a faint white glow. So there was no reason not to finish each enemy off as soon as you could. Combat only starts to work when getting a skill that guarantees a finisher move on enemies missing limbs. You could finish enemies for a brief seconds kind of randomly and you basically only see that by a faint white glow. So there was no reason not to finish each enemy off as soon as you could. But with this skill, they are permanently in this state and this is signalled by a very clear in-universe change. So now when to finish off enemies becomes part of the strategy, as you can get half a dozen enemies near death and then press a button and kill them all in a row in a very satisfying dance.
Of course, this is roughly when fire grenades are introduced, which are 100% a terrible addition. They explode instantly so you don't get any warning and your character stumbles slowly, taking damage for a long time and easily getting stun-locked.

What is this game? From the Steam videos it looks like a team shooter but the description seems to be for a single player game. Is it the latter? Is it a survival game? It also somehow looks really polished and incredibly unpolished and janky at the same time. Why are there so many shower scenes in the trailer?

They give you a chainsaw, and it's the absolute worse weapon. It's too slow, you can't parry and enemies seem to damage you just by touching you. So even if you technically kill enemies in one hit, the 5 or so that they throw at you will probably kill you. Either them or the one that kits you after the …
