Emily Wants to Play is a unique horror game released on December 10th, 2015. Emily Wants to Play is a game based around you, a pizza delivery boy, making your way through an abandoned house, trying to survive until the large clock in the den hits the next hour. Every hour, another one of Emily's 'toys' becomes hostile, and will attempt to attack you.

Not bad of a game but its only fun when you just want to be scared, other than that this game just feels empty.

Jump-scares: The Game

I'm not a big fan of screamer/jump-scare games - I prefer my horror games to have a plot. Give me games like Alien: Isolation, Dead Space, or Outlast, where there's a point to the jump-scares. I'm not a big fan of screamer/jump-scare games - I prefer my horror games to have a plot. Give me games like Alien: Isolation, Dead Space, or Outlast, where there's a point to the jump-scares. In Emily Wants to Play, literally all you do is wait around a spooky house for something to jump out and scare the crap out of you. It's effective, but I have no interest in revisiting this game.
