Barely ten minutes in and already finding notes on "Gases" causing maladies and "Inari-sama's curse". Welcome back Ryukishi07. Really liking this so far and the atmosphere. Considered calling out sick but I figured I'd be responsible.

Good to see some more about this at Gamescom, even if a reveal of the English VO was not high on the list of things I needed.

It's wild that we are on the precipice of a brand new and first really compelling looking take on Silent Hill in almost two decades and the media is more excited for a remake. It says quite a lot about a lot of things.

This looks like the first really great Silent Hill game in forever. Also I didn’t previously realize that it’s the eighth mainline entry in the series and not considered a side project. I’m also super excited for the first Silent Hill set in Japan. Silent Hill with Japanese horror themes and elements feels very promising.
