Le Havre is a digital version of the board game. You build stuff, it goes on a board, everything moves a spot up every turn - making it more valuable when cashing out. This seems like the type of game you have to play a bunch of times to really get, but it's also really bland and boring compared to something like Agricola. I just rebooted it after months to give it another go and just immediately quit because it's just not worth my time.
