I keep thinking I'm going to stop playing this, but it's definitely got that loot box dopamine rush for me (I have spent $0).

I really enjoyed the slow/realistic progression of RTTS, but ended up dropping the difficulty from Dynamic which always had me at Legend, to All-Star which allows me to actually be good at baseball.

Finally dived into Diamond Dynasty and I'm digging the moments and missions. I'm less interrested in doing full games all the time and love doing the situations and 3 inning games despite the lack of realness to some of it.

Instead of using my stubs to buy players, I do enjoy just buying the packs and getting the loot box rush of opening those packs. Reminds me of actually opening baseball cards back in the 90s.

Probably got a few more weeks of play in it before I retire it, but it's definitely been a great re-entry into baseball for this Xbox owner.

I love baseball and haven't played a game since the wonderful MVP Baseball 2003, so adapting to MLB the Show 21 was a bit of a learning curve.

Still stuck in AA with my two-way player, but getting much better at both the pinpoint pitching and the batting and enjoying the road to the show mode as a way to play through games without the crazy time commitment of a full game.

There are a bit too many systems for me to manage - so I mostly ignore them and just focus on improving my stats.
