Main game

I wanted to like this game more than I did.
I love the 'Aztec futurism' concept and the main character. The boss designs were great and the world is really intriguing. I even would like to see more of it in other video games, a movie or a series.
Sadly, the rest of the game is really ugly. It looks like a late PS1 game (or a bad early PS2 one). The controls aren't great, the camera does whatever it wants and there's bugs all over the place.
You can read my full review in spanish here.

So, why I gave it a "good" score? Because the things I liked (the lore, plot, characters and designs) are REALLY, REALLY GOOD. Also, I want to support the games made here in Latin America.
I interviewed Guillermo Vizcaino, the narrative designer of this mexican game about aztec mythology in a futuristic setting. We talked about how the idea came to fruition, why the mesoamerican pantheon deserves the same popularity as the greek and nordic mythos, the heavier themes in the game and the state of the video game industry in Latin America.
You can read it here. It's in spanish, but translation extensions are your friend.

The game will be out for all consoles and PC on march 10.
I just finished this game and I have to review it...
But I have to wait more than a month for the embargo to be lifted.
