You play as either American Delta Force or the British SAS with your squad consisting of soldiers of different ranks that level up and get promoted as you use them during levels - having you traverse a plethora of dusty, sandy locations to complete your objective.

I love the loading screens.

There's great attention to detail and a lot of signs that research was made beforehand by people who know what they're doing. Writing, level design, UI and ambience is all really nice, but the AI leaves a lot to be desired and on higher difficulties you have to mind your ammunition and other items across missions, as well as keeping your squad mates safe by switching between them, assisting your fellow soldiers when needed.

You can also play split-screen co-op which I did not try - but it sounds absolutely amazing. Good, underrated tactical shooter with flaws that you can live with!
