Read moreUnruly Heroes takes the characters from the "Journey to the West" and puts them in a fun action platform with a fantastic art style but there are some downsides. First, the art style is amazing but the animations have a certain "made with flash" vibe that I personally find extremely off-putting. The controls are good, but they're not as tight and responsive and they kinda feel heavy and sluggish. Sometimes you feel like you don't have full control on what your character is doing. The platforming is decent and the characters have lots of personality and their different moves are cool, but fighting sometimes feels kind of random due to the controls. The whole experience is a bit underwhelming and overall it's just not that fun.
