Look: 7/10 It was hard to get screenshots, but I really like the color scheme and the UI, as well as the title screen.
Sound: 7/10 The sounds are fascinating and raunchy. Tho by about the halfway mark, they did get tired and meh.
Play: 7/10 Based on the simplicity of the platformer gameplay, and the irritatingly high difficulty I heard about, I figured I'd play a few screens and just do a status. But as often happens with me and these Spectrum platformers, I kept pushing through even when I had to leave to see my buddy. I like that you can move mid-jump, not enough games of this era allow that. With that being said, as many have pointed out, the controls are overall very clunky and delayed; the death on the edge of a platform is tacky; and the fact, for instance, you can get killed by an enemy after you have hit the ending cord is frustrating.

Feel: 7/10 I love that you can set difficulty levels and controls so simply in the title screen, very well-made title screen. It's always nice when an early action platformer has the "progress bar" so to speak at the bottom--plus there was a set goal! The video I watched said they couldn't get past the 3rd screen (maybe they had it at a higher difficulty level; I had it at Level 1 mind you), but the 3rd screen was particularly easy--you're just jumping. And by then I was used to the jump mechanic. Not that it had been a blast, and it was already getting repetitive, but you know me: having a set goal in a platformer makes me wanna finish it! I had to leave to go see my friend, but I did want to return to it later that day--which says something!
Attachment: 7/10
Tho I played for a bit later in the day, the mechanics got more and more frustrating--and unfortunately, I didn't love it as much as Manic Miner to keep trying. It was this screen that I decided I had had enough heh, moving on!
Completion: 66,880 Score; Not sure exact screen but more than 6 and probly less than 10 Playtime: ~1.5 hour
