More of an MMO suite than a game proper, The ImagiNation Network (INN) was an innovator in online gaming. After logging in, you'd be able to chat with other friends online or play in a variety of multiplayer games of varying quality, such as a fairly basic golf simulator, some competitive puzzle and board games, and three of the first graphical MMORPGs (this may have been where I spent the lion's share of my time). INN may have been a basic service by today's standards, but I was fascinated by this forerunner's premise of an online gaming community, even if the pricing scheme was insane by today's standards (hourly rates on MMORPGs are trouble any way you look at it).
