Duty and Beyond is a strange little game I found while searching the Adventure Game Studio's website (the software many point and click devs use). Released in 2006 by a relatively unknown studio, it is an extremely low-res game with a very strange story - you are trying to deliver a pizza, but end up transporting to different historical eras to complete a statue and find the customer.
The art is nothing to rave about, but the puzzles themselves were very fun and satisfying. Almost all were logical, with a couple exceptions I had to look up.
It's a pretty long game for a freeware AGS title, and has a unique flair to it that I would recommend to fans of the genre. It's not thee FULL package like Postmodern Adventure titles, with their expert writing and art. But it has a pretty fun skeleton.
