"Oh dear." The scene: Space. The cosmic edge. Never deeper, never darker. The Home Team: A Stargate. A squadron of Hyperfighters. A glittering, pulsating sea of unstable energy. (Please--no quick or sudden movements.) The Challengers: Dreadnaughts. We're talkin' size LARGE. Behemoths. Invincible. Or so some say. You succeed: Universal applause. Life in the fast lane. Early retirement. Endorsements. You name it, it's yours. You fail: Not a viable alternative. You want I should draw you a picture? Distinctly unpretty. The Big Zip. Kaput. Finito. Capice?

Great idea with limited hardware
This review is for the Atari 5200 version

This is a top down shooter we're you try to take down a massive ships turrets and energy cells maybe? The primitive graphics do little justice to a great idea Of a game on a limited hardware, the scrooling is kinda smooth and the sense of urgency is what takes the game apart from the rest, the Intellivision and Colecovision (prototype) are side scrollers, for that period is almost a different game, a real standout in the lacking 5200 library.
