Solid entry in the Cabela's Hunting series and a noticeable improvement across most areas of the game. There's plenty of hunting to do in Career Mode that takes you through dense forest, swampy marshes, across dusty dunes and over snowy mountains. Not solely to hunt however, the warden has you doing all kinds of ranger work on your quest to bring Hall of Fame glory to your family name. Just like before you can upgrade, unlock and customise a bunch of stuff as well as plenty of different vehicles like ATV's, pickup trucks, snow mobiles and even speed boats to help you traverse the environments.

The presentation, gameplay and pacing is all just lovely and inviting for hunting game fans alike, and by the community, according to my research online, a warmly remembered Cabelas project indeed.
