The catch is, there's another car (controlled by the computer) driving around the track, in the opposite direction, bent on stopping you. Nowhere Near Head On, But If You For Some Reason Only Have Access to This... Go For It

Look: 7/10 Good colors, comparable to the original

Play: 7/10 I got all excited for this game to be my last game to play tonight, and then I find out it's a clone/console port of one of my all-time favorite arcade games, Head On. Hmph.

Feel: 7/10 Lol love the title screen "Remember: Always drive offensively." It's cool that you can adjust some settings like speed etc., which I believe is new (at least it wasn't in the original Head On arcade version I played). So I wouldn't consider this a complete clone. Still, it doesn't add enough, and ported games like this often suffer with controls. Tho this one ain't bad, certainly no Apple Panic vs Space Panic, it still doesn't warrant much now that we can just as easily play Head On via MAME. But back when Head On might not have been available, and you had a copy of this, right on! I see the purpose in that for sure.

Attachment: 6/10 This game was fine enough, much better than most the clone games I've been running into so far (no wonder the video game industry crashed soon after), but when you have access to Head On, just play that. So I doubt this will be replayed by me, as fine as it is. (And, technically, a game I love, so it feels weird to rate this clone.)
