Lineage is a cooperative storytelling game for 1-6 players. A typical game usually takes 1-3 hours but you can play as long as you like. All you need to play is paper, pencils, and a set of gaming dice. Lineage is also a handy world building tool for game masters, authors, and admirers of the sorts of diagrams that lurk in the appendices of thick fantasy novels.
