"You lost! Try again."
No thanks, you're not exactly The Stanley Parable.
[Playtime: 7 minutes]
A simplistic game (acquired for free) that takes more or less an hour to finish, acting as a lab test. As you play on, it gets evolved a step further as the artificial intelligence entity, called A-Eye, interacts with you, discussing philosophies and adding new challenges to spice up the game. There were thought-provoking moments and I felt my engagement peaked closer in the middle of the gameplay time, but it was short enough before the freshness wore off too much.
I couldn't care much about A-Eye's background and ideas, although there were interesting subjects the game touched upon. It's a fine game to sink some time into while you're bored but it's hard to say it'll leave a lasting impression among the tons of games I'm dealing with.
Played it because it was free on Steam and had very positive reviews. Found out that it was very poorly written and took itself more seriously than it deserved.
