Ok, so this game is fucking terrifying, and normally I'm used to horror, but playing this at night with earbuds in? Holy heck is it a horrifying experience!

The gameplay is....not EXACTLY my taste, but it's new and ingeniutive!

The usage of the DS in game as a save point and the mysterious game also being played on it is a super cool nod to the game itself!

The real terror while being chased by the ghosts comes from the very sparse checkpoints meaning you'll have to redo several minutes of gameplay with the very awkward first person tank controls. However, any pros I can say get buried under the enormous con that is movement. With both an awkward control scheme designed to destroy your wrists forever, and a walking speed based on the movements of a very relaxed snail, it made me completely fear each "ghosts-are-chasing-me" scene, but for all the wrong reasons.

I'd be OPEN to play the sequel at some point, but I don't think it's gonna be any time soon.

Holy frick my wrists.
