I love this crew so much, but I’m really worried I’m fucking Sai up. Everything I do just seems to force her more inward and insular. I hate it and I don’t know if I could have done something different from the start to prevent this.

Fun useless fact: the voice artist that plays Leo in this also plays ND-5 in Star Wars: Outlaws. This is not important at all, but I like his performance in both and I happened to have picked up both games at the same time.

This game hits way too hard. Brings up feelings of regret about ways I wasn’t always particularly that nice to my younger brother when we were kids. Why are kids so shitty to each other?

I’m with the 72% of people on Steam that rated Dustborn positively. It seems pretty alright to me so far.

So after all the hubbub around this game, I got intrigued and decided to try the demo.

And I was really into everything I experienced, until the demo's combat section. Ooof that was bad... from the controls to the barks, to the random gen-z power-ups (Blocked? Triggered? really?)

Bad trip

I wish I liked Dustborn more than I did. I really liked the story about a road trip to escape a fascist United Stated and loved the characters... but the gameplay is not good.

This is an adventure game in the line of Life is Strange or Telltale games, but with an absolutely awful combat system and some boring rhythm …
