Why has nobody done a live gameshow game like this since 1 vs. 100?

For people who missed this one, this was a live, scheduled game show event where you answered trivia questions and could win MS Points to spend on the XBLA Store. It was EXCELLENT. I tuned in to every episode I could, and I had a group of local and Online friends I'd party up with.

If companies want to push Game Pass and the like, why not have a perpetual event that keeps people subscribed and active on your service? Why not throw away some fake digital currency to reward regular players?

And I distinctly remember too - there was huge demand for this one to come back, but the devs stated there was difficulty in licencing the 1 vs. 100 IP. They wanted to bring it back, fans wanted it back... It just never happened.

Sony could do one with Buzz! Nintendo has several years of history to draw trivia from. Xbox... Exists! Come on guys, someone bring this idea back!
