The first game is very beloved by the diehard HOPA community, but only if you love pure hidden object games as it asks you to do a hidden object minigame every 2 minutes. The second one is actually my 2nd favorite, but then it hits a lull until Phantasmat 5: Behind the Mask.

This might be the darkest HOPA game I've ever played. The entire game takes place in a manor (my favorite horror environment), and you are surrounded by some series sadists. We will see if any other game in the series is good enough for me to want to post a review, but for now this is my absolute favorite. Point and click horror fans should absolutely check it out.
