Project Torque (2008)

Some may not be aware, but Project Torque has been re-released on steam for free and is available right now here. Whilst dated, Project Torque offers a grindy Simcade experience feeling every way a Free-to-play PC racer would. Whilst I wouldn't bump this to the top of your must play lists, its something to boot up for an hour to do a few races if theres not much else to do. In a time where Forza Horizon exists on PC, and other series have moved into MMO/Social Racing environments, PT wont hold itself too greatly. If you're PC cant handle the newer titles but you need an alternative, you could go for this game as a viable alternative.
