There are a few amounts of video game developers that transcend the experience of solitaire, one for me being those that created Faerie Solitaire franchise. It was a refreshing experience and Subsoap deliver on and expanding their fantastical universe. The current game FS Harvest is, like the original, bringing on different solitaire challenges and invests as well in expanding the fantasy lore. Even the lush folk soundtrack lifts the atmosphere to keep one immersed into the game world.

One thing that kept me short from following through the entire campaign mode is that this game is devoid of any plot at all, which was the fact that kept me hooked on the first Faerie Solitaire game (and ended in a cliffhanger). I'll hope they bring it back again on their future release, as I'm admittedly feeling saturated with the solitaire games. I would recommend you to play the remastered version of Faerie Solitaire but this one will satisfy your hunger for solitaire with additional gameplay features, if you don't mind the absence of story plot in here.
