Far Too Slippery And Poorly Designed, Despite Its Potential And Neat Power-Ups

Preliminary: This was a movie I always found fascinating but didn't have much access to. Same with the game. I believe I rented it once or twice, or maybe only imagined doing so based on the cartridge cover

Terrible scrolling, slippery movement, and confusing visuals/foregrounds. But I love the "world map" and I like that there is a wall jump with the boots power-up and I got through the first level despite the faults and I like the powerups and I love the Feel.

If I have to hear the "wahhh" of falling again lol. Despite its many faults I think Imma somehow give this an honorary 3 star ugh

Charm and Nostalgia

Smooth and satisfying sprite animations, great art design. Game design is simple but very challenging without save states.
