Thoughts: The last game ever to be directed by Yu Suzuki, who also directed the OutRun series from the start. It's extremely over-the-top arcade racing with lots of boosting, silly characters, funny voice acting, and over-the-top drift physics. Fun short experience if you can find a cabinet lying around!
