There are only two reasons you'd want to play this game: One, you are a very small child, or two, anything even remotely Christmassy excites you to the core of your being. I happen to fall into the latter category.
As you may have guessed, you are playing through the classic Dickens tale of Ebenezer Scrooge and his ghostly Christmas Eve redemption. While the yarn is being narrated by someone with a decidedly satisfying English accent, you follow the ghosts of Christmas Past, Present and Future as they whisk Mr. Scrooge along a journey of change, playing mini-games to your little heart's content.
There is nothing sophisticated about this title in the least. The games are simplistic, and the only draw to play this game, as I mentioned before, is if you're a hopeless Christmas romantic. It's quite short, and the music and sound effects are very yuletide-y. The entire Christmas Carol story is related, and there's even an advent calendar of puzzles to complete throughout the month of December. If you're a fan of the new movie (it'll never trump ol' Alastair Sim's version!) and you're looking for a fun little Christmas activity to complete in between wrapping presents …
