Read moreThere's some really cool really unique mechanics in here. I really love the way the house system works especially. I found it frustrating enough to play that I didn't see it to the end, but they make good use out of an almost adventure-game style metroidvania approach to items. It's pretty rock hard and punishing in a way I don't think is really worth it, and you'll have a better time just turning on invulnerability for parts of it. At some point I just ran out of ideas for what to do next and didn't want to play it anymore, but I have that issue with every metroidvania so I don't blame the game there.
