A legendary racing game for me. Probably, best racing with weapons game in existance, and its strange it was so unpopular. It's gameplay is unique and great, something similar is yet to seek in games nowadays

Minuses:

• Not the best AI. It quickly uses its weapons on start, often remaining without ammo untill next lap.
• Bots upgrade their weaponry and cars pretty slowly (player gets ahead fast) - this may be the biggest AI flaw in the game.
• No music at all - game lacks atmosphere (sound of motor is pretty annoying by itself)
• On Windows 10 runs poorly (with black bars on screen, etc)

Pluses:

• Game is in orthographic view, which perfectly fits the weapon-car genre (you can dodge bullets and missiles or you can place mines effectively)

• Quite good range of weapons (though most powerfull ones are pretty obvious - weak selection in late game)

• Actually interesting weapons! Bounsing red plasma with incredible amount of damage, electronic-breaking rockets, splash rockets, etc. Most of them you have to aim correctly

• Bots with personality! Some of them tremble when you aim at them, some try to actively dodge. Some unload weapons in second they get those, some aim for a bit. Some bots are increadibly carefull on every turn (that usually sets them back though) and some actively avoid mines

• And one of the best points - multiplayer. Up to 4 players on 1 keyboard You can play campain with friends, you may simply race 1 lvl against each other, you can play deathmatch (kill and run, the most fun mode), capture the flag (capture flag and carry it to the start line without being destroyed), hold the flag (kill car with the flag and hold it as long as possible)

I wish this game was modernized and upgraded...

Much (MUCH!) more popular brother of this game is "Rock'n'roll racing". Which isn't nearly as fun. I also tried "Motor racing" - modern ""rock'n'roll" clone. Both games feel boring compered to this one, their weapon system is not really entertaining
