SNES game made during the console's life span but never released until recently. It's a fairly paced run n gun with a slide move and a large arsenal of bombs. The pacing is very impressive, it's definitly at the arcade level with how fast it throws stuff at you.

The game lacks polish though. Much of the enemy spawns are just button mashing your way through them with no real technique. Than there are the times where it throws so much shit at you at one time it seems impossible to not have to use a bomb if you don't want to take damage. The bomb system itself is clunky, you have 3 different bombs that all do the same thing but you need to keep switching between them. There's also a charge up dash-attack, which also has it's own ammo, but it's too ackward to use on anything except bosses, and even than it's clunky. Bosses also seem to have patterns that all consist of finding the right spot to stand in, mashing attack and than avoding their one single attack with a jump or slide.

The visuals are great, the sprites are so detailed the game could pass for a ps1 game and the fairt-tail theme really makes it stand out. It's worth playing for that, at least for an hour or two.
