Plith is an indie puzzle game. It puts gamers in a spatial setting, where they have to manage several puzzle elements (mostly gears) and must make quick decisions which can simplify or complicate their path to victory. These levels constitute five different worlds, which are subdivided into fourteen sections. Each section introduces new gameplay elements; for example, several kinds of gears and obstacles come out along the game. The game is presented using mostly 3D graphics, with a few handmade drawings as well. Less

agurczuk's review of Plith

A badly written cog puzzle game that's not worth playing.

Plith on screenshots looks very similiar to Cogs - a rather good cog puzzle game - but this one is definitelly not.

Starting off with graphics - written in Unreal engine with no optimalisation requires way too much computing power for what it is and how it looks. And it doesn't look good in action that's for sure.

The controls are dreadful - very hard to see where the cog is going to go. Aside from that the step motion of the cogs make them feel really sluggish and not very clear what's going on.

The puzzles themself - not really fun either - you place the cogs while not being able to clearly determine where it's going, you get dynamite to blow other cogs (?) for whatever reason and that's pretty early on.

I don't think I was properly done with tutorial levels when I was fed up with the game. It's just not fun to play at all. Stay away.
