This add-on does not change the history of the episode, it only allows you to play it in an alternate way. There are 8 new levels and new textures from games such as: F.E.A.R., Kingpin, Redneck Rampage, Witchaven (1,2), Duke Nukem 3D, Shadow Warrior, NAM, WW2GI, TEKWAR, Manhunt, etc
