Picked this up as a more simple and probably short experience. So far it's fine. Gameplay is fun and hectic and upgrades do change the feel of combat and platforming. I do feel that it's not varied enough. Even after a short 3 hours, runs are too similar. It doesn't help that the severely limited palette consisting in the colours …
Read morePicked this up as a more simple and probably short experience. So far it's fine. Gameplay is fun and hectic and upgrades do change the feel of combat and platforming. I do feel that it's not varied enough. Even after a short 3 hours, runs are too similar. It doesn't help that the severely limited palette consisting in the colours Black and White and the complete lack of environment variety makes every room and area look the same. Also it's hard to distinguish enemy proyectiles from other stuff.
