Pretty fun mini point and click. Has some fun puzzles (the mini games were actually the highlight for me), occasionally some frustrating easy to miss steps, but overall I had a good time.
It is short, about 1.5 hours or so to finish. I find it a bit strange they used well known figures such as the newest IT clown (including a poorly imitated voice that’s a clear homage.) The little jump scares were not scary and were obviously zombified versions of the dev’s friends/colleagues/backers. Some of the voice acting was really corny and broke alot of immersion, but I’m guessing it was going for a campy tongue-in-cheek vibe. Just not my thing, it kinda sells itself short.
But ya. Not god tier horror like the Postmodern Adventure horror point and clicks or the Excavation of Hobs Burrow, but still a decent one night experience. I hope the devs continue to grow, take the genre a bit more seriously and make a grander experience. Rely less on silly moon logic puzzles and make it both logical, challenging, and satisfying.
