This is one of those interactive fiction games where the focus is on the lyrical writing style and some semblance of the story. Look, I am a voracious reader of a wide range of text (non-fiction, memoirs, mysteries, beach reads, literary fiction, graphic novels, you name it), but this was such a slog to get through. I just simply didn't care for whatever the character was going through and the description of the scenery was so cluttered down with flowery words, you could not really understand where you were or how to navigate the place. I also did not like the match of the small, white text on gray background with imagery blurred; I found it hard to sit through to read.

However, the writing, despite the heavy nature, is lovely and I am sure that if I was able to get through it, it is lovely story to have on hand. I do think it would be better as a short story that I could read on my own, rather than stumbling through a vague interactive game.
