Girlish Love Revolution follows [you], the main character. The main character is a teenage girl who used to be a child beauty queen but slowly became more and more overweight thanks to the delicious snacks her fans kept giving her. After receiving a scathing comment from one of her building's new tenants she is forced to accept that she may not have the gorgeous figure that she once did. So she decides to lose weight! You, as the player, have control over her day to day life and decide whether she will stay strong in the face of her new exercise routine or fall back into old habits. During this time of change, she meets several guys whom she can interact with and (if done right) fall in love with.

Technically the game is in Japanese on the DS, but English speakers can play the game by downloading the ROM and patching it with the English language patch available online.
