Meh. It's sort of a guitar-hero-like rhythm game, played with both hands (3 notes per hand). The twist is that there's an underlying horror theme, with odd visual distortions appearing and discordant notes playing as you go. Apparently there's jump scares too, but I didn't make it to any of those. The way the UI is designed, with the notes coming to you at an angle, makes it really difficult to time notes correctly when you need to play with both hands at once, so as soon as I got to a section with a lot of "both hands" work, I kept failing and just gave up.
