Initially based on content from Total Annihilation on the open source Spring Engine, it was forked and all proprietary content replaced, and evolved into a completely new game with unique features. Zero-K is OK. It has a bunch of different units which is nice. The campaign is kinda boring even compared to Supreme Commander 1/2. This is a game with a very specific audience. If you loved Total Annihilation/Supreme Commander, you will like this. Same if you're into competitive RTS-ing. If you just like RTS-games for their solo campaigns this will …
