Read moreTroll’s Tale is the second graphic adventure for kids programmed by Al Lowe for Sierra and it’s fascinating to see how it tries to “grow up” with its players. Compared to Dragon’s Keep, it’s a bit more complex, with a (comparatively) sprawling map and some simple puzzles. Also, the map included in the box is largely incomplete: you have to fill it with locations and the connections between them, plus the stickers to signal the treasures you found. Of course it still is a simple treasure hunt game, but we had fun in exploring it, once again printing the map and the stickers (thanks, internet!) and then filling it all.
