Great for Beginners
First of all, I forgot to add the box art when adding this game. If someone can add it, please do. Thanks.

Unlike many other games of its genre, PWS doesn't look like a productivity software developed in early 2000s. It's very user- and beginner-friendly. I would definitely recommend it to those who would like to get into this type of games. It does lack some QoL features, but I'm sure they'll be added in the future, as it's still in its Early Access stage. Despite being an Early Access release, it's very polished and bug-free. And the modding community is just brilliant -- one of the best modding scenes I've encountered.
Buuuuut...
Under the hood, as a management sim, there isn't a lot of managing going on. There aren't a lot of meaningful choices that you can make which will have a significant impact on your performance. You can spend hours trying to make the perfect storyline, but the result is honestly not much different from letting the game book everything automatically for you. Most of the fun I had was me creating storylines in my head rather than actually implementing them in-game. At the end of the day, it starts to feel like you're playing a game of numbers instead of running a wrestling promotion.
Despite all this, I still think that overall, it's the best in its genre at the moment. And who knows, maybe the full release will be a much better game.
