As mobile games go this is exactly the sort of thing that I look for to pass a short period of time when out and about or waiting for something. The courses are all themed with new concepts such as sticky walls, magnets or gravity changes. Each new concept is decently refreshing and makes the course a new challenge to grasp. While none of the courses are particularly difficult, it is rewarding to land a good shot, especially when you get a hole in one or a 'swoosh' that takes a stroke off your score. I didn't find myself using the different balls at any point although I'm sure these do enhance the gameplay, I prefer a pick up and play style game rather than one where I have to think about what type of ball to use in different scenarios. While Super Stickman Golf isn't revolutionary when it comes to 2D Gold games (I remember playing a few on Miniclip etc back in the day) there is no need for something revolutionary in this genre as its so simple. SSG3 provides everything it needs to provide but doesn't go overboard to distinguish itself, in the process doing precisely that. Of course as a free game there are in-game adverts but they aren't intrusive at all and only happen inbetween courses, so you can easily play through a course while waiting for something and come across no adverts at all - the perfect amount of adverts in a free to play. Definitely worth checking out if you like 2D golf games.
