1-2-Switch is a party game for everyone! Throw an impromptu party anywhere with anyone thanks to a new play style in which players look at each other—not the screen! Bring the action and fun into the real world as you face off in wild-west duels, cow-milking competitions, and more. While the action unfolds off-screen, the audience watches the players themselves instead of the screen.

1-2 Switch is a casual party game that features 28 different minigames, a few of which could not accurately be called games at all. Gameplay consists of ignoring the television screen and staring awkwardly into your opponent’s eyes while using audio and rumble cues to earn more points than your opponent. Most of the minigames have easy to follow instructions though a few involve hitting an invisible object back and forth (ping-pong) or deflecting an invisible object (baseball) that we could not get the controls right no matter how hard we tried. A few minigames just showed off different ways to interact with the console, no real objective or competition involved.

While I enjoyed suffering through the cringe with one of my friends, I would hesitate recommending this title unless it was in a $5 bargain bin, but the retail listed price of $50 is legitimately criminal.

Disappointed

This game should have been bundled with the console, it's not worth even at 1€, it could have been 2 stars.
