Fun And Simple, But Not Much More Than That

Look: 6/10 Wow what a busy title screen... enter image description here

And the graphics themselves are just functional enough. Still, Atari colors but for some reason not as lovely as I usually find Atari colors. I do like the cursive for the UI I suppose, though ha.

Sound: 6/10 Goofy, functional sounds. At least not as annoying as a lot of the arcade sound effects of the time, but not my favorite either.

Play: 7/10 Interesting, albeit kind of gross, concept. Surprisingly well-executed, tho not a huge fan of the controls (I do appreciate their simplicity tho) and wish the fly swatter thingy was a bit longer to reach onto the tables. Funny watching the spider fly things carry food away. Plus, it's always nice when I can just jump into an early game like this without Internet access or access to the manual, and figure out what to do and how to enjoy it. All that being said, though, I can't claim this was loads of fun to play after a little bit.

Feel: 8/10 Fun, simple, can simply be picked up and played. Gave it a little boost here for being so reliably... simple and easy ha.

Attachment: 7/10 Not sure how often I will return to this type arcade game, maybe if later in the game there's a shooting weapon that I'm not aware of, but the melee reach is just too short and eventually, thus, the game just too repetitive for my taste. Maybe if there's some upgrades and whatnot I read about in the manual once I'm home with Internet this could boost up to 8, otherwise for now just another solid, jump-right-in arcade game.
