Blades of the Righteous is an interesting strategy game that combines resource management with turn-based combat. It seems to be a labour of love, with lots of little details and an unusual map/quest system.
Sadly, i can't recommend it. Combat is clumsy. Your units are placed randomly at the start, unit order isn't shown and the game doesn't automatically skip a fase if you have no abilities available.
The game has a ton of options but gives too little guidance as to what 'works' so it's easy to shoot yourself in the foot. The resting element seems like a waste of time but is actually a vital element. It would probably have been better if units simply healed automatically after every battle.
While it is listed as a casual game, it's pretty hard even at Easy difficulty unless you know what you're doing. The city UI is a kinda clumsy with your character walking around in it. A single (non-scrolling) visual representation would've sufficed.
