Review for Nintendo Switch

Another cat related super cheap game. At first I didn't understand what I was suppposed to do in this game... I never played Vampire Survivor (which apparently is very similiar to this), and ended up dropping the game several times. Finally, I gave it a fair chance, and noticed that the game had more to offer than just throwing balls at chicken. Yes chicken are your enemy here! In this game you shoot balls at enemies (without aiming at them, they automatically go towards the enemy). Over time, enemies get faster, the map shrinks and some boss enemies appear. You just have to survive enough time to defeat all the bosses in the map and score a minimum amount of points in order to progress to the next one. When you kill enemies, you get currency that you can use to unlock other cat skins (oh yes, you are a cat in case I didn't mention it), and have better abilities, like improve damage, defense, speed, etc. The gameplay is extremely simple, you just walk around, the cat shoots, you avoid enemies while collecting the curency, have a shield to protect yourself when things get spicy, …

That's it. Very simple and responsive. For some reason I got addicted to this simple game. I couldn't stop playing until I unlocked everything. The downside to this is that there is no story, and no real ending. Bummer. All that work for nothing Anyways, if you like this type of game, get it for real cheap or for free if you can. It is very short to be paying too much money for this.

It's pretty much Vampire Survivors but without the rogue elements, character selection, mechanical depth, writing, atmosphere, or general polish.

However, you are a cat that can jump on/over things, and Vampire Survivors doesn't have that, so I guess that's got to count for something.
