For some reason or another, I really liked this particular entry. Maybe it was the plethora of fish, maybe the interesting farm layout, maybe the fact that your love interest/partner on the farm is right there from the beginning, with heart events and everything.

My only issue is playing through as a girl. Why? Because if you play normally, the guy will start liking you. When he confesses, you can turn him down- which makes him a bit sad- or you can agree to be with him!

... which ends the game.

No fanfare, just... roll credits. Maybe it's been a long time and I'm thinking of a different game, but as soon as you agree to a relationship, you are no longer a player character. Sexism aside, why tf would you do that? Like, from a gameplay standpoint?

Of course, this may be all in my head. Maybe it doesn't happen that way, who knows? But I'm fairly certain that it does, and if so...

tl;dr if you're gonna play a cute girl with a pixie cut and manage a farm, be a lesbian/ace.
