This is a barebones BattleTech game. It's very streamlined and not bad in its design. IT has the command and battle Simulation modes and most of the main components: repairing, customizing and 'painting' your units, R&D to unlock weapons, equip and mechs, crew management, training and perks (though all of these things work differently)

This is a barebones BattleTech game. It's very streamlined and not bad in its design. IT has the command and battle Simulation modes and most of the main components: repairing, customizing and 'painting' your units, R&D to unlock weapons, equip and mechs, crew management, training and perks (though all of these things work differently)
The combat is a simple hex system that is in no way a graphically impressive as the original.
Two stars because its bare bones and had bugs (could not reload game saves reliably) Glad I found that out before playing it too long.
