Why did I buy this? I don't like cycling, but after looking at the appawling screenshots of this game, I said to myself, "Why not? It might be so bad it's funny." I was so wrong. Le Tour de France 2009 is not broken, but my god, it is a terrible, terrible game. The game does not really come with a good tutorial. Sure it explains concepts and buttons, but you never get to actually see how to play anything. The game features two modes divided amongst 22 or so stages. Some are the game's main mode where you control 5 cyclists and see if you can win the race. This mode is slow and boring to be honest. The game liked to alert me that I was in "83th" place quite a bit. Good to know that even the simplest of things got past the devs. Also the game looks terrible and features some obnoxious music on loop. Le Tour de France isn't broken, but god damn is it the worst thing besides that due to easily the most simplistic and boring gameplay I've seen on the Xbox 360
